Wendy Dearing

PCDS Administrator

Wendy Dearing is a Pennsylvania Collaboration and Documentation System (PCDS) Administrator for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC). She has over 25 years of experience in the engineering industry, working in construction inspection, construction management and now maintaining the PCDS Application.

Ms. Dearing has served as a liaison for Construction Engineering and Inspection for the last six years at the PTC. Her responsibilities include maintaining the PCDS, acting as a liaison between the Engineering-Construction and IT departments to support and maintain hardware and software for engineering field personnel. She also sets up, trains, maintains and closes-out PCDS documentation for PTC construction projects.
