Terri Reid

National Director – Talent Acquisition

Terri Reid currently serves as National Director of Talent Acquisition. She oversees recruitment and talent management responsibilities for corporate and affiliate projects. Ms. Reid has over six years of experience in recruiting operations, HR best practices, full life cycle recruitment, and top-notch candidate experience in the A/E/C, EV, and agricultural industries. She is responsible for leading our DEI efforts, building talent pipelines, leading all sourcing strategies, and maintaining top talent across the aviation, transportation, and infrastructure markets.

She also partners with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction. She genuinely enjoys working one-on-one with her clients and candidates. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a Human Resource Certificate from Loyola Marymount University.
