Pete Capizzi

VP of Business Development

Pete Capizzi is the Vice President of Business Development. He has over 40 years of experience in the Pavement Engineering industry, working in construction inspection, construction management, and business development.

Mr. Capizzi served as a Regional Director of Construction Engineering and Inspection for seven years at Wilbur Smith Associates, an international consulting firm. In this role, he oversaw all in-house business development, political liaison, and marketing efforts, before bringing his considerable talent and skills to work at QES. Currently, Mr. Capizzi is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, and Associated Pennsylvania Constructors. He has a B.S in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
