Welcome to the Vancouver Peer Exchange registration site. Please read the instructions below for registration, logistics, and reimbursement.
TO DO LIST FOR INVITATIONAL TRAVELERS
- Register
- Review the travel information document. Travel policies and reservation details are in this document.
- Make your own airline and hotel reservations as soon as possible to ensure the best rate. If you are driving, you will be reimbursed at the rate of $0.58 per mile up to the value of an airline ticket.
- Complete the travel questionnaire.
- After the Peer Exchange submit expense report and all required travel receipts to [email protected]. Meal receipts are not required. Per diem rate will be utilized. Tips for taxi, Uber and Lyft services are capped at 15%.
