Jennifer Palaski

Director of Finance

Jen Palaski serves as QES’ Director of Finance, bringing nearly fifteen years of accounting experience in progressively responsible roles with non-profit organizations, economic development companies, and private corporations. She oversees billing and accounts receivable, ensuring optimal business operations for all our customers.

Ms. Palaski also has full oversight of payroll, managing payroll processing and tax filing. She collaborates closely with the team to ensure thorough management of all audits, including workers’ compensation audits.

With a keen eye for detail, data analysis, and budget review, Ms. Palaski provides invaluable expertise to our accounting department. Her responsibilities include reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, general ledger accounts, and insurance policies. A proactive and meticulous team member, she also manages overhead rate calculations and monitors budgets.
