Janet Mccarroll is a materials consultant focusing on the inspection of precast concrete for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC). For 35 years prior to this position, Ms.Mccarroll co-managed and was Head of Quality Control at her family’s precast concrete business which provided drainage structures throughout Northeast and Central Pennsylvania.
