Hurley brings over 25 years of experience in construction management and inspection, overseeing infrastructure projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the United States. His expertise includes construction and project management, as well as contract management.

Mr. Gammon has managed numerous complex construction programs, such as sewer rehabilitation, transportation, roadways, bridges, and urban redevelopment projects across Pennsylvania. Before joining QES, Hurley was a lead consultant for construction management and inspection on various contracts with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA).

Throughout his career, Mr. Gammon has worked on several Pennsylvania Turnpike projects, including the Somerset Total Reconstruction, the Mon-Fayette Uniontown to Brownsville project, and the PTC Northeast Extension MP A94 to MP A122 widening project, providing CPM scheduling, construction management, and agreement oversight.
