Donny Stamets

Project Manager & QA/QC Director

Donny Stamets is an experienced Project Manager and QA/QC Director for QES, operating primarily from Harrisburg, PA. Donny has more than 44 years of experience in construction inspection, project management, and quality assurance. He is well-versed in DOT policies, specifications, and inspection procedures, as well as contractor documentation and payment processes.

Donny has spent the last 24 years of his career working on highway and bridge projects and was a supervisor and foreman within the general construction industry for an additional 20 years prior to his roadway work. His responsibilities at QES encompass the evaluation of project sites to determine inspection needs, assembling and reviewing inspection teams, coordinating staffing with clients, and conducting QA/QC reviews of active projects to ensure compliance with DOT standards. His leadership ensures that project performance aligns with both client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Donny holds NICET Level III and NECEPT Bituminous Field Technician certifications.
