Mr. Keifer brings to QES extensive leadership experience, having managed both technical and business development professionals across multiple sectors. Kurt recently served as President and Principal Engineer at IMS Infrastructure Management Services where he led a diverse team of consulting engineers, field technicians, and business development professionals who focused on delivering high-quality roadway and airfield pavement and asset management projects to state, local and federal agencies across North America.
